Shipping Policy

At Calla London, every order is thoughtfully packed and well worth the wait. While we’re currently shipping exclusively within the UK, we make it a priority to ensure your pieces arrive safely, smoothly, and without any surprises.

1. Order processing (1-3 business days)

Once your order is placed, please allow 1 to 3 working days for our team to process and prepare your parcel. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships. This is unless stated otherwise on the product page. Made to order items can take 2-3 weeks to process. 


2 . Shipping and Timing

Standard shipping within the UK typically takes 9 to 13 working days from the date of dispatch. All parcels are tracked, so you’ll be able to follow your package from our studio to your doorstep.


3. Shipping Costs: FREE 

Shipping is always free — and VAT is already included in your order total.
No added customs fees, no surprises at checkout. What you see is what you pay.


4. Order Tracking

After your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to activate as the carrier scans your parcel into the system.


6. Lost Packages

  • For lost packages we advise you ask your neighbours, or consult security footage if possible. If the order was placed with package protection the customer will get a full refund immediately. If package protection was not purchased we are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. 

8. Wrong Addresses & Other Delivery Situations 

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure: We are not able to file a refund for orders not received due to an incorrect, incomplete or insecure shipping address. Items marked undelivered due to an incorrect shipping address can be reissued if and only when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee. 
  • If you find that your order information is wrong, please contact us at info@callalondon.com with your order number and correct information before the order is shipped out. We will try our best to deliver your order to your door, in rare cases, customer might need to pick it up from the local post office.
  • Please note that we can not issue a refund if you refuse to collect the package from your local post office. We are unable to refund or replace any packages refused by the recipient. If you no longer need the purchased items, please email our customer service team at info@callalondon.uk to submit a return request.

9. Cancelation policy 

Please request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase as our team does their best to process your order as quickly as possible. 

10. ✉️ For Our EU Neighbours

While we currently focus on UK orders, we do offer shipping to select EU countries upon request.
