At Calla London, we want your pieces to feel just right. We encourage you to check our size guide carefully before placing your order, as returns take time and care — and every extra shipment has an impact on our small business. If you’re unsure about sizing, our team is always happy to help. Just reach out to info@callalondon.uk before placing your order.

Return Policy

If you’d like to return an item, you have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to send it back.

Please note the following:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 working days of receiving your return in its original condition.

How to Return Your Order

Step 1: Contact Us
Email info@callalondon.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you return instructions and the return address.

Step 2: Ship Your Return
Package the item securely and send it back using a tracked service.

Step 3: Refund
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund and notify you by email.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or style, we recommend returning your item and placing a new order.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at info@callalondon.uk within 12 hours of placing it.
After this window, your order may already be in progress and cannot be canceled.

Important Notes

  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.

  • Items that show signs of wear or damage may not be eligible for a refund.

  • All returns must be approved by our team via email before being sent.
